Fd Bank Online Security Update

fd have recently started issuing security keys for accessing online services.
I have had no problem with the system but the OT has been denied access, they say the fault is with them.
Does anyone have any information about this e.g. they are having teething problems with the new system ?

No, they are not having any problems with their system. The system has been active for many months of not years and works perfectly.
