17a Boris colleague? Pack up (5)

From what I have it has to be Truss, as in Lyn Truss - but truss doesn't really mean 'pack up'. Duff clue?

Errr, I think it can in PE typical rude fashion. ;0))
Truss can mean to tie someone up tightly, which might be called to pack someone up.
