I was going to suggest a photo opportunity ~ maybe the pair of you visit the photographer..not one of those 'The Sullivans' photos, but maybe dressed up in costume..like the Wild West for example.

Or you could dress up in that lingerie & do it yourself ;o)

how about subscription to a photography magazine. my boyf likes cooking and got him a 12 month subscription to good food magazine at xmas - he loves it and i get tasty new recips cooked for me all the time! everyone's a winner!
or perhaps find a favourite shot of his and have it framed/made into a canvas.

One of my collegues at work still goes on about helicopter lessons his wife got him a couple of years ago.

So i guess any kind of Adventure/Learning type thing.

If he driver maybe driving a porche round a race track type affair.
