Ebay Returns Label

I had a request for a return on ebay and had to give the buyer a prepaid return label I thought I had done so as the return page says I have but the buyer says she has not had the label and is asking me for another one,I must have done something wrong but I cant find anywhere that explains how I do that, I have never had to do a return request before,can anyone help?

I have returned an item today on an Ebay label.
Your customer will have had ebay notifications and emails, including printable labels.
If they can't find this in your private emails it'll be in their eBay messages

they are still adamant that they have not got a label, I think they are a regular returner as they have told me exactly what is involved and what the label should look like I am going to ask ebay to help me sort it out with them,thanks.
