Seriously don’t know why I watch it as I think the scriptwriters have lost the plot lately but I’ve missed tons of episodes- so what’s going on between Martin and Ben??

Briefly Stacey hit Phil with a wrench and put him in hospital and she ran away with her family but Ben found out. Martin had to come home because Bex tried to commit suicide so Ben is now blackmail Martin.

Ellie I’m even more confused after reading that lol! Stacey walked in on Phil nearly killing Martin?? Why would Phil nearly kill Martin?

Because the Slaters had 50k of Phil's money. Phil's argument was with Kat after Phil threatened her kids. Martin walked in, Phil turned on him and had him round the throat, Stacey walked in and hit Phil with a wrench.

To complicate matters, Ben left Phil there before covering Keanu's overalls with Phil's blood to try and frame him because Phil had changed his will in Lou and Keanu's favour. Then Ben tried to kill Phil in hospital and got into a fight with Jay which Phil kinda remembers...is it making sense now? :-)

Phil and Sharon are in Portugal at the moment because Mel said that if Sharon doesn't get her a villa there she'll tell Phil that the baby is Keanu's....

I'd also like to know what the scriptwriters think is a gangster type. Ben is suppose to be this mean potential gangster....who gets beat up a few times a week!!
