The facility is closed until 1 July of next year for renovations but I can recommend a visit to anyone who'll be in Paris after that:

There's a great view from the bar at the top of the building, which can be enjoyed all the more while drinking a a complementary glass of the black stuff ;-)

I went to school near Cadbury Bournville and every year we had a factory tour - long before it became the tourist attraction it is now. They were hoping for new recruits to the workforce.
