You put me to shame, Sharon. I just buy apple sauce - usually Colman's. There's no point making it though when you have a husband who wouldn't appreciate it.
I enjoy making such things, Tony, but these days I barely get time. Plus, my kitchen at the moment isn't the greatest but one day very soon I'll have myself a shiny new one :-)
Just knocking up a roast chicken meal for myself.
Large leg and roasted baby tats in their skins, frozen peas, frozen mini corn cobs, frozen broad beans and packet gravy with packet sage/onion stuffing. On my own this weekend but enough for a.n. Other. :-)
