Do you mean a mummy? Or is it in the USA?
Question Author
opps, mommy
I'm not sure dogs know what Christmas is.

If it's OK today, it'll be OK on Christmas.
Of course dogs know when Christmas is, spath. They know all about Santa Claws.
you meant.. Santa paws?
Got your American spell checker on ?
Probably need an English one.
Don't know what this is about - link ?

No doubt meant to be fun, possibly.
Oy! I'm from Birmingham and we all say and spell 'mom' and 'mommy' which is of course correct - the full word is not spelt muther.
But it should be.
We had a dog that knew about Christmas. We used to put out the presents for our two boys either side of the fireplace and a couple for the dog in the middle. He would sit beside his presents all night and it was only after the boys came downstairs and opened their presents that he ripped into his.
I too once had a dog that knew about Christmas. She got excited when I put the tree up and kept sniffing the choc. decorations (she always had one when I took the tree down). She loved getting presents and I've some lovely photos of her surrounded by her gifts wondering which one to rip into first. Lovely girl she was, the light of my life. Still miss her after 16 years.

Thanks M.
