Good Morning Early Birds!

Sunday. A pleasent day on the canal yesterday. Not many people in though, too much sport on the TV.

Not doing much today, just get the paper and then back home. The main reason being, my left foot has swollen up again, it woke me up at 0145, very painful, can't put it on the floor. Not ideal for charging round the shops.
