Pixie, I don’t think your ‘be careful’ has gone down badly. I do think, however, that most here don't need to be told that aggie is unwell, as she, herself, is aware and freely acknowledges. As I said aggie has made no secret of her lifestyle and I see no reason to doubt her or to assume that I or anyone else knows differently. I find it all so terribly sad.

Pasta, I am not convinced it is "just now". For a mother to know the social sites, email address and passwords, that her adult daughter uses- and bother to post while her daughter is at death's door, was a fairly early sign.
But- something is wrong somewhere.

I think some people took it personally, naomi, which wasn't how I meant it.
Either way, I doubt there is anyone qualified here to deal with an acute mental breakdown, and people can do far more harm than good.

Pixie, I too doubt there is anyone here qualified to deal with acute mental breakdown.... if that is what we're witnessing. Aggie gets a lot of support here and very little criticism. People, in the main, are kind and do their best to listen, to understand, and to help. They can do no more.

Naomi...your further information about Maggie is new to me. I had no idea.
Her current threads have reminded me too much of the many lost young women who are clients where I work. Some *work*, many don't...at least not on a regular basis. For many it's money, for others it's needyness...and some are just being used. I've wavered in my opinion of aggie, but her mention of familiar number plates earlier this week had alarm bells going off.
I too hope she is ok...no matter what her real persona is.

Pasta, I like aggie - I've always liked aggie - and therefore I've always been interested in what she has to say - but now I fear for her, I really do. I sincerely hope she will soon get her life back on track.
