Using Answerbank On An Ipad. Help Needed Please.

I have been using AB since 2007 via my PC. I have now bought an iPad, but I cannot access the AB site. It keeps asking me to login, I have tried by using my details that I first registered with, but I cannot login. Please could you tell me what to do. Thank you.

Check if your ipad is set to automatically capitalise the first letter (assuming your password starts with a letter) - I've got my ipad set not to capitalise.

Hi Ninny can only say that I can use iPad or laptop to access AB but cannot give you a definitive answer why you can't
