A lot of the modern ones have dual readouts - you could look for vintage of courde.

This is smart though rather large but very stylish if you do a lot of weighing out.

Buy an electronic one from Amazon. It changed convert to/from grams easily.

I have digital scales that do both.

Almost all electronic kitchen scales will have a 'Units' button, enabling you to switch between metric and imperial units. My Salter scales certainly do. (Millilitres and fluid ounces are also available). I'm happy to recommend them to you:

If the lady can't get on with digital scales, I really can't see how recommending a dual readouts can help. The clue is in the question!

The problem is that it comes without weights and Lakeland are out of stock of the imperial weights range. Having said that, you could probably get a set of weights from elsewhere on the internet that would do the job. The total cost of the scale and weights from Lakeland would be over £100 so it might be worthwhile looking if you could get the whole lot cheaper elsewhere. It wouldn't be cheap no matter where you got the whole caboodle from unfortunately

Hmm, seems the scale itself is now out of stock in Lakeland. All the same, I'm convinced you could buy a similar scale elsewhere along with a full range of the necessary weights.
