Can someone help, please.
I went to an EE outlet and ask them to top up my phone by £10, but when I check a day or so
later I discovered the £10 had not been added.
I went back to shop but they said besides the receipt I should have another slip of paper
with a code, I don't and don't recall getting one this time or any other time when the
topped up for me, What can I do ?
I am glad to say it was a free phone No 0800 079 0126 that
Hans give me. The girl on the line was very helpful unlike the
staff in the EE outlet - which i hasten to say I shall not be visiting
again.
Lovely morning here, am off for a nice stroll along the canal.
Shops will sell you a top up but normally you have to add them yourself. Check that the receipt doesn't have the number. If it doesn't then you need to find the receipt that does or you've no chance of proving you bought it. The receipt you have could be for any top up. Your friend's, your partner's, one you found in the street.
