msn by itself won't let you do this. the new msn plus may do, but I've not tried it yet.

gaim or trillian do though (sorry I've forgotten which one. it may just be trillian pro).

it's in the options of one of them to automatically record the video, and then it appears as a file on your computer somewhere.

there is 1 way that i know wich is to press print screen and paste it to paint or anywhere and save.
