yes have a good day, I'm going to be moving my laptop to my usual Sunday inn...coffee and papers once the car has had its breakfast, so back on in 30 minutes or so.

i did as well, one of these days they will be banned, that can't come soon enough, or at least only organised bonfire displays.

ok, had three coffees since 4 am so getting a bit wired, feel decidedly odd, this lack of sleep is taking its toll that's for sure.

the coffees won't help....I can't take it after midday - at our age, a coffee at midday and a quarter of the caffeine is still in the system at midnight....

Hi DTC. yes it was a bit blowy. Evidently Culdrose recorded 82 mph and I can believe that. Didn't bother to venture to top field so don't know if any damage done there. Will have a look later today.
How are things with you?

fine here....still in the house as there's a sticking point on the exchange of contracts, hopefully resolved tomorrow- not helped by their inept lawyer not contacting their lender's solicitor to check whether they accept the waiver for the better part of two weeks....grrrr

as to damage with us, the flue off the oil boiler, the very top part, has blown off...as to trees, I too have to go and look. Didn't hear anything - plenty to rake up when we get a dry break though.
