Three Day Headache

Had a headache for the last few days that I just cant shake off?
Paracetomol etc just don't touch it.
Bit like 'brain freeze' (when you have ate something cold) behind the right eye and into the upper head.
Just cant shake it off....any suggestions?

Toorak,
didn't do anything cultural as such but did take a canal cruise which I found informative/interesting. Cost about 13 euros for an hours boat ride with earpiece giving the history etc of certain aspects of the city.

As others said before my trip, Amsterdam is a beautiful city.
(but the red light area has to be seen...)

Thanks nailit - I’ve done that and it is a good way to parts of the city.
