Write to the tax office asking for it. The address should be on the P60.
They will either pay you straightaway, or send you a claim form.
If you Pay your Tax by PAYE, then you may not Automatically be entitled to a Rebate just because you haven't Worked a Full Tax Year.

You need to get in touch with your Tax Office which should be Listed on your Pay Slip or P60.

Failing that, go to your Local Inland Revenue (now Revenue and Customs) Enquiry Centre and ask the Advisor that you see.

Or go to www.hmrc.gov.uk
