Don't mean to be rude or unkind, but what on earth were you doing for those 45 minutes? This was a case for Google - put in "somerset maugham" "sylvia knox" in the Google search box and the answer comes up in seconds.

I don't mean to sound critical (honestly!) - but if you were Googling were you remembering to use quotation marks, and if you weren't Googling - - - why not?

I do agree with you avis, although I gave the answers I found them easily on google myself. Also where are the thanks??????????
