I've already had my dinner, PinkFlower, but for my tea I'm going to have salady stuff, sardines in hot chilli sauce, with sweet potatoes - trying to cut down. Will look at your answers with interest as I'm short on inspiration at the moment!
For our 'evening meal' (classless, see?), fresh fusilli spagetti with a tomato and basil sauce poured over, to which we've added chopped and fried smoked bacon and mushrooms. Deeee-lish, and all ready in under 5 mins.
Tonight I am serving chicken breasts that I have sliced into slightly and placed chopped garlic, 1 clove per chicken piece, and fresh Tarragon into.
I will grill them with butter and a little olive oil and ground pepper both sides and then top off with Philladelphia and high heat grill untill browned and bubbling.
I will serve this with Rice and a side salad.
Well... it is Monday after all!!! ;-)
Tonight it will be cold chicken, creamy mashed potatoes, peas and pickled onions. Tomorrow, cold beef, jacket potato and baked beans. Can't you tell we had a surfeit of meat this weekend? I had already cooked the chicken, then hubby decided to look round the reduced shelves in Tesco and came back with a joint of beef!
Im having chicken fillet that ive sliced all the way down, placed sliced mozarella into the slits, then slice tomatoes, cougettes, and onion, place chicken fillets onto the vedg, but you must put chicken fillets onto the shiney side of olive oil drizzled foil after placing chicken onto foil sprinkle with herbs provence and make into a foil parcel cook for 30 mins and have with jacket pot and asparagus. Yummy.
