thanks
yeah ive seen the scrapbooking thing, but they are usually old and weathered ones, ones with old fashioned 'character', old handwriting, faded inks, yellowed card etc - these are unused, still in plastic wrappers.
i have a plastic box, A-Z dividers and about 5 packets of the card.
i have a charity shop near me that used to put their rubbish out for the bins in the clear bin bags we used to get given - and i saw many many times, brand new, perfectly good items just thrown out.
on a couple of occasions, i took the bags, checked them and took them round to another charity shop - one i know puts stuff outside in boxes or on tables for free, rather than bin it.
i was pretty shocked by the quality of the stuff and couldnt see how certain things were chosen to bin - some of it looked very saleable.
but i know these will probably sit on a shelf for ages.
