hey, i went on www.carphonewarehouse.com and it said that this phone has bluetooth and fm radio, but when i got it it doesnt? so why do they say it does? what can i do?

Is there any better search engine than google?

send it back for a full refund under the Sale Of Goods Act ... goods not as described / not fit for purpose ...they have to refund you, or give you what you paid for ...

says that it has.
