I have been taking Omega 3 oil capsules for some time and I am having trouble with my knee. I think I will buy some Glucosamine Sulphate capsules.
Do you think I should take these AS WELL AS the Omega 3 or just the Glucosamine? Many thanks in advance.
I can always rely on AB to help !

Hi Denise,

I think you will be ok to take both,I cannot see why you shouldn't, but you should go and get the knee checked out by the doctor first, cos it could be one of several things giving you pain, I had a touch of gout a few years back and started taking "Honeygar" a mixture of Cider vinegar and honey, that made an incredible difference, all heath food shops should stock it, Ray
It does take a few weeks for both of these to start working so do give them time before you try something else.
I take both ..as am racked with ruddy osteoarthritis in the knees and every other joint !! They do take a while to kick in and they give some relief but they are not a cure. I would see your GP and get the knee xrayed just to make sure exactly what is wrong and then you can try an appropriate supplement depending on the outcome.Don't struggle along with it .Don't forget our knees bear most of our bodyweight .Go and get it looked at ..Good luck hope you soon feel better.
PS Boots Sports knee supports are marvellous if it is giving you so much gyp you can't stand it. Not exactly the prettiest of accessories but they do help.
Try DEVIL`S CLAW. I have arthritis in my knee & hip & this has eased the pain for me. I even took it into hospital with me along with other remedies I take & was allowed to use it.
