withina forty hour week i spend about 15 hours working form home as the company i work for is based over 120 miles away. can i claim any tax relief as i have had to convert one bedroom into an office and all the heating and lighting! any ideas anyone???

I don't know for sure but you could try going to www.hmrc.gov.uk or going into one of the Revenue & Customs Enquiry Centres and asking an Advisor.... They would know or know who to ask....
