Help In English
3 Answers
Hello Everyone! Hope you all well.
I need a little help in English as usual. I'm going to write an email to my client and want to request a phone call meeting at 3pm (today), so what I wrote is it correct or not?
Hello abc,
hope you are doing well. Can we talk today at 3pm? or if any other time is good for you, do let me know we can arrange a meeting at your suitable time.
Regards,
Abc

Anyway, this is how I would word it:
Dear xxxxxx, I hope you are well. Would it be possible for us to speak today at 3:00pm? If this is not convenient, please let me know a more suitable day and time.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Kind regards,
xxxxx
I would never begin an E-mail to client with Hello.
