I'm a bit worried by this, why are you so cold if the heating is on? Do you have a hot water bottle? You could try making a hot drink too

Perhaps you got a chill? Get yourself hot drink & hot water bottle.

Try a blanket as well. I think it's the damp allied to the cold; as it is dropping dark now I have started feeling the chill.
