Strange. All I can suggest is that you close your browser and start again. If you still have problems you'll have to contact the help centre again. Fingers crossed :)

You are NOT cancelling the item you are reporting a non payer -2 different things.

Go to 'Help Contact' Type in 'unpaid item' and click search

'Report your item' will come up with a picture of your recently sold item with 'select the item you wish to report;

click on the picture of the item that's not been paid for and follow instructions. It will ask you why you want to report the item -click item not paid for. You will be asked if you want to try and resolve this with the buyer, click no and then a case in the resolution centre will be automatically opened and Ebay will take over all correspondence with the non payer. If they don't pay within 48 hours you will get your insertion fee and the money they took off in commission refunded to your account.

It's taken 2 phone calls and me nearly pulling my hair out. I think it's sorted now. They say they will refund the selling fee. Also they will suspend her so she can't do this to anyone else. They'll block her on my account. I said sell it she is suspended for ever then why would you need to block her ?

Oh no now it says she has paid. What's going on ?

They've sent her an email telling her she's gonna by banned for not paying -so she has paid. Check the money is in your account and then send her the goods. Or go to the item click 'cancel sale' and cancel the sale and refund will be automatic. IF you send the goods make sure you send it signature on delivery.
