Hey this is a tricky one (i worked there when i was 16 hah) i think the baps could possible be sunblest... the fillet of fish i really dont know as they come in blue bags which come in cardboard boxes with mcds on the box...and the sauce comes in a special cylinder carton saying mcdonalds on that specially fits into the mayo guns they have there so dont know about that either.The buns also come in big blue bags on bakery trays which im sure come from sunblest. Hope that helps

They are specially made for McDonalds. However as freak_unique says they may well be supplied by a company like Sunblest.
