Just a GP appointment and collect the paper for today. Fine by me!

Crikey the temperature did plummet. Both cars frozen up including the doors being frozen shut. -1C on the thermometer and the hill is like a glacier. Take care if you are driving this morning it will be deadly. Hopefully it will have cleared up by the time I go out.

If I don't keep busy my depression gets worse, and I sit and stuff my face with biscuits.. Then I get fatter, feel worse, don't go out.... I will not let my aches pains and other stuff beat me

A lot better thanks HereIam, Wednesday night I took an AMITRIPTYLINE and slept straight through but yesterday was horrible where I felt spaced out and not in control so last night I decided not to take one , I’ve still slept through albeit with a dull ache which seems to indicate ( hopefully) it’s been a mild attack of Shingles I’m having, thank you for asking xx
