I was not wrong. He did NOT say that he was happy to be interviewed by Andrew Neil. He said he was happy to be interviewed by anyone called Andrew on the BBC - not the same thing at all. Andrew Marr shouldn't have let him off the hook on that one. Instead Boris was allowed to shuffle away bumblingly.
