I have had FREEVIEW for quite a while and now that we can get Film 4 on there, can someone tell me how, I am a bit thick when it comes to gadgets.

You may have to re-tune / scan for new channels through the setup options... you may find some extra channels aswell!

It should tell you in your instruction booklet. On mine I went through the Setup menu and chose Autotune - takes about 5 mins to find all the new channels. In all it found about 10 new channels (most of them the rubbishy quiz ones), apart from Film4 there was a new radio channel. However, I had to manually move them into their numerical order as it had placed them at the bottom of the list. As my husband is absolutely useless with technology it came down to me to do it, but I succeeded! Good luck.

This may help:
1. On your handset press"MENU"
2. Select "SETUP" (with the arrow up/down buttons)
3. Select "AUTO TUNE"(with the arrow up/down buttons
4. Press"OK" to select REPLACE EXISTING SERVICES(or you can "ADD NEW SERVICES"

You will need to wait while the receiver searches for all the available services,this may take a few minutes.

on ours, film 4 appeared where More 4 was. try that. I suspect if you retune it then it will say Film 4.

It should be where more4 +1 is. I think.
