Love this series but will have to watch it on catch-up. Going to Cineworld to see Les Mis screened live from London. Alfie Boe, Michael Ball, Matt Lucas etc., what more could you ask for?

I thought they had done every scene twice - but it was all in ENglish (which the lipreaders in my family thought) and then the German actors dubbed themselves ....

I wonder if any of the English luvvies cd do that ....

it is, as someone said it's quite Conan Doyle, which i agree with. One of the writers of this, was script writer for Sherlock

greatly enjoyed the last episode which I caught up with
Hogwarts gone wrong.

Imdb reviews mostly from US dont like it at all - and I think this is due to their ignorance of the glittering life of fin de siecle Vienny. There were holes in the plots - the cyanide took far too long to act.

I waved goodbye to the series reluctantly
