I was watching and recording the above programme and the last 5 or 6 minutes didn't record. Could anybody tell me how I can see the last minutes after watching it for nearly an hour and a half. Thanks

Start it playing, then whizz to the end - go back 10 minutes or so to catch the part you missed.

Fabulous and moving, yes.
It'll be on iplayer.
Read the book some time ago and wondered how they would recreate it. Excellent production - Glenda Jackson played a blinder.
Question Author
Glenda played a blinder indeed Maggie - am glad I was able to see the end of it like "right now". Thanks again Mamy.
Recording it , I like Glenda Jackson

That was amazing. I was blubbing at the end. Husband asked why I was crying. I said ‘It’s so sad’. He thought I’d said ‘It’s my dad’. ‘Blimey, he got that quick’, he said, ‘he was fine on Friday.’

Glenda was wonderful in it.

Jo - that made me laugh. When my sister in law was having her last baby son - the nurses said to her - it's the head and she started screaming thinking they said "it's dead".
Oh dear, mishearings can be so funny. Thankfully no one was injured in these.
