How do I send an amazon link for something to my friend.? Never learned how to do this.

Assuming that you're using a PC (rather than a mobile device), go to the relevant Amazon page.
Left-click the web address at the top of your browser window, (That will highlight it).
Right-click and select 'Copy'.
Go to your email to your friend and, where you want the link to appear, right-click and select 'Paste'. (It's best to give it a line all to itself).
