I bought them thinking they are just like crisps although very pricey, but they are low in fat and 'naturally packed with nutrients, zinc, iron & B vitamins.'but I can't figure out what you would have with them. They look like pieces of waxed paper and are very fishy and very salty. Usually I eat crisps either on their own or with a sandwich, but I can't imagine what type of sandwich you could have them with, and on their own they just crumble in your mouth. Any ideas?
They're in the crisps aisle in Sainsbury's...with the more *unusual * items. Just be warned...you get very little for your money. I'd just buy some seaweed from an oriental grocers and fry it...
