I'm looking for an email address for the Oxford branch. All I can find is an address for the HQ in London.
I want to send a big thank you to two women in the Customer Service Dept. who were unbelievably helpful yesterday and worked their socks off for about an hour and a half to help me.
I had been given completely wrong info the day before and - although it's not very easy for me - I went into Oxford to pick up something only to find I had been badly misled.
Any help gratefully received - I could ring but think the message might not be passed on. Thanks

Big stores usually keep their branch email addresses secret. (They try to route everything through their head office.

Your comments should get passed on though if you use the feedback form here:

Alternatively, why not use good old snail mail?

You could 'phone the branch to ask for the manager's name and if it's not a common one, just use that followed by @marksandspencer.com as the e-mail address.

If it's a common name, chances are there will be a number after it. If the first name can be shortened, try both combinations.

You could add a wee bit to say if the wrong person receives it, you'd appreciate it if they would forward it to the correct person.

Thanks very much both.
I'd send a Thank you card by post, its most likely to get to the relevant people and will be so well received.

Good thinking Maydup - I obviously thanked them at the time but somehow felt it wasn't enough. They were so kind.

...although it could be more beneficial to them if any thanks go via the Store Manager.

Yes possibly gingebee - but have now already sent a Thank you / Christmas card to the Customer Services Manager. Thanks anyway.
