40A was an early Bond movie. You're right - it isn't in Brewer. Mistake in the preamble.

Flan, 40 A IS mentioned in my Brewer's - as I said, it's contained in the entry for another. It's not great that it's not got an entry of its own, as the others do. I no longer have my copy, but I think this might be the part referred to in the preamble, where two entries join with the theme word, to make a trio.
