The MySupermarket website (which is usually reliable) suggests that it's not currently available in any of the big supermarkets. (Both ASda and Tesco used to stock it but it's showing as 'not available' at the moment).

So you'll have to try to find a local supplier in the Belfast area (unless you order online). The manufacturer might well be able to direct you to a suitable retailer:

Just a wee update to anybody is interested.

Contacted Neills who didn't know - they told me to contact HendersonsFoods - they could only sell it in bulk.

However emailed Jenny Bristow (the baker) she advocates the mix. She emailed me back about two hours later and I was able to buy it the morning. Perseverance eh!
