Because it's an almost free country and people are allowed to have an opinion even if it upsets the (slight) majority, I suppose.

And it's important whether we exit with or without a deal, which is essentially what is being debated.

One can only assume those against it think it doesn't go far enough and they wish to just leave.

They are now voting on the second reading of the bill.

Also passed the timetable of negotiations as 31st December 2020.

I did hear one Labour member this morning say 'Ok, fair enough, I don't agree but my constituents want out so I will support the bill.'
Unfortunately I forgot to note her name/constituency but good for her.
A lone voice I'm afraid.

I think that more than her must also have voted with the majority being 124.

Of course people are allowed an opinion, so long as they don't keep trying to stop the, now, inevitable !
