I've just received a bottle as a Christmas present. I'm just a soap and water type of chap. How do one use this?

I couldn't restrain my curiosity.
This has top notes of Birch Leaf, heart notes of Cardamom, and base notes of Louro Amarelo Wood Musky Notes.
I think I'll rewrap it and pass it on next Christmas.
