Watching this now...my daughter, who was 8 when it came out, says she hopes today's young people realise what a terrifying movie it was. And still is, as she contemplates hiding behind the sofa.

Thee last time I went to the cinema, I was terrified and reduced to a gibberish heap.

And all I had done was buy the ticket :-)

I watched it on tv a while back and found it pretty terrifying, but I'm a wimp.
