i've put Osier and Blackthorn for those 2. The one I'm stuck on is Makes champagne in spring(5).

Why is Blackthorn a change in direction. Could the answer you want be elder?

It’s not osier but I can’t remember what the answer is as I’ve already sent my entry in. I Googled seeds of trees with fluff on I think.
