Any thoughts on last night’s docu on Michael Hutchence? Struck me how rarely drug use was mentioned considering he looked to be off his head so much of the time. Why he traded in Kylie at her peak for any other women, particularly Paula Yates, baffles me. Jason Donovan must have been torn apart when he saw Kylie go off with MH. I never rated INXS very highly - a few quite good singles but that’s about it - but MH had a strong stage presence as a cross between Jim Morrison, Mick Jagger and Bono

A wrongun for sure.
he came across as a bit dim but wanting to be thought of as bright and brilliant
Theland...what a nasty, unchristian comment from someone who did not know the man and did not see the documentary.
I only watched about the last forty minutes. What I saw was a human being who had completely lost his way in life and deep down unhappy and insecure.
Those of us who did not walk in his shoes should surely not condemn him.
Just watching it now. I think the programme could have been much better. Less of the grainy footage and more of a serious documentary where the real person comes across. I did like INXS though.
You are right about him being a cross between Mick Jagger, Jim Morrison and Bono though. That's what makes a rock star.
i didnt watch it but perhaps kylie was a ***? perhaps PY was fantastic in bed?
Maybe Kylie didnt want to do drugs? I liked INXS, and remember buying "Kick"
Didn't like the documentary last night - thought MH came across as an insecure showoff.
Almost worth the licence fee alone for the lovely home movie footage of a naked and flashing Miss Minogue
