Manager problems

I work in an open plan office and I find my manager if he is not moaning about the 'older' generation who admittedly have bad dress sense (who wants to see shorts on a 50 year old with sandels and socks??) he is staring at the younger female members of staff. I think he is going through a midlife crisis - he must be nearly 40 at least!!! What do you think I should do?
