Can you tell me why my EpsonExpression Home wont take any thicker paper to print cards etc tham150/180 gramms

Without knowing the exact model number, I can't take a look at the manual. However with some printers you need to tell the driver that you're using premium matt photo paper if you're actually using plain card over a certain thickness. (If you tell it that you're using plain paper, the rollers won't adjust to take the thicker medium).
