As this has gone unanswered for two days now, let me offer a possibility. I read somewhere that she was on her High School swimming-team and also that - after becoming wealthy - she had helped to fund the building of a swimming-pool in her home town. It seems possible, therefore, that the sport she was associated with was just that...swimming.
