Hello, I am looking for a bag/rucksack that can hold a camera and a couple of lenses and drone, along with general hiking equipment (poles, flask, maps, compass, food, coat etc).

I was going to buy a standard 30-40 litre rucksack and buy an insert for the camera equipment but wondered if anyone knew of a bag for this pacific purpose?

Many thanks!

Check out the Lowepro range of drone backpacks. In particular, scroll down to 'Serious Go-Anywhere Backpack': https://www.lowepro.com/uk-en/drone-backpack-case-guide/

I don't know about drones but I can second Chris, Lowepro are the go-to name for camera bags. I have one for my SLR and one for the full kit.
I cannot recommend one specifically but would get one with a frame if you are going to carry any serious weight.
