Why has the population of frogs in my ponds suddenly died?. I have now buried apprx 28 very young and fully grown frogs. Also I have taken out what looks like five thick distorted 'fingers', at different times they are gross to look at, and all look the same-almost like some form of mutation. The frogs by the way are all normal looking no discoloration, bloating or unusual features.
Hi, no, I 'm convinced this phenomena is some kind of mutation. I have only had my pond for three years and they have 'surfaced' with the demise of my frogs. The more I see them the more concerned I am at how sinister they look.
eek! Scary! It could just be the carcus of ure frogs though possibly. It may look completely different but with disintagrating in the water they could easy change.
I don't think so, why are all the other frogs completely whole-almost as if their alive still. These 'things' are something apart. I definately can't help staying with the 'mutation' theory. Keep your thought's coming though. thanks Scot-babe.
