Sunday. just had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. I wish I could sleep like that every night!
No stars out to play, so could be rain on the way.
Just the usual shop lifting this morning, then lunch, then nothing. I can handle that!

Morning all, a little better this morning, more of a plug on things yesterday and I even ventured to have some take-away noodles for supper - could only manage half of it but at least it seems to have stayed in.

Possibly Falmouth today....not sure though as I don't want to pass it on in the Home.....
