I need to change the email address associated with my AB account, but I have tried all possible passwords to no avail. I'm permanently logged in and have simply forgotten the password.
Is there a forgotten password facility? Cant find it.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It is possible that simply logging out will not prevent your set up automatically putting you straight back into the bank when you open the tab or log on. You may have to clear the site from your cache/history and re-boot before you are asked for a password. I say perhaps. It depends on browser and system settings etc.
BT are withdrawing these disposable email addresses Tuvok, and I have several, so I'm taking the opportunity to have a proper old sort out.

You have 5 disposable email addresses on your account that will be affected. For example

What should you do?
Don’t create any new disposable email addresses.
Make sure you provide new contact details to the contacts you use disposable email addresses with.
