HI,
I have just bought a smoothie maker to try and get more vitamins and nutrients into my body. Has anyone got any smoothie recipes or ideas for me to try. I am hopefully looking for smoothies that include fruit and veg.
Any ideas will be much appreciated.

I have a smoothie every morning, I use one or two bananas, blueberries, 2 teaspoons of ground almonds, porridge oats, Linwoods milled flax, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds mix and 2 teaspoons of Linwoods milled flax, chia seeds, apple and cinnamon mix, plus half a teaspoon of turmeric, all of this put into my smoothie topped up with Flora skimmed Pro Active milk. It makes about 2 good cup fulls and is lovely, I have been having this every day for about 3 years now, I feel I don't need to eat until mid afternoon as this fills me up, and I find my my bowel movements are really good. Give it a go, well worth it.
